1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
All appointments require prior booking. We request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may result in the refusal of future bookings without prior deposit.
2. Late Arrivals & Rescheduling
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten the service duration to avoid delaying other clients. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late.
3. Course Enrollment & Fees
Course enrollments are confirmed only upon payment of the required advance fee. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Training materials and certificates will be provided only upon full payment.
4. Refund Policy
Payments for salon services rendered are non-refundable. For academy courses, registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable. Any exceptions are strictly at the discretion of management.
5. Code of Conduct
Our salon and academy are exclusively for women. We strictly enforce a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or admission to anyone exhibiting inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
6. Liability & Limitations
While we use high-quality products and trained professionals, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or damages. Clients must disclose any known allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving any service.
